Aubrey potty trained herself. (May be a little TMI.)

About three weeks ago, Aubrey just up and decided she wanted to wear underwear and use the potty. I thought it was going to be just like all the other times and she would get over it as soon as she had to go poo. Later that day she told me she had to go potty, so I put her on her little potty and then I ran to get Greyson. Next thing I heard she was cheering and clapping and yelling to me excitedly that she went poo in the potty. So I ran in to celebrate with her, and what do I find?? Little miss Addi picking up Aubrey's poo. Yes you read that right. I freaked out. I screamed for her to put it down and she dropped it and started crying. I felt so bad, but oh my gosh I almost threw up when I saw her holding it. SO started our adventure into Aubrey being potty trained.

Since that day she has done great. We have only had a few accidents here and there. I am so proud of her. When she puts her mind to something, she does it. Of course it is all on her terms lol! Gotta love my Little Miss Bossy Pants!

Life has been so exhausting lately. We've been having issues with the loan so I have been on the phone daily with mortgage brokers trying to work everything out. We have actually started looking at houses all over again, looking for something a little more affordable that we wouldn't need to include Greg's bonus to qualify for. I really wish I worked still, i feel so helpless. On top of that Greg's car broke down yesterday so I've had to drive back-and-forth to Jacksonville to get things sorted out. Greg thinks he knows what wrong with it and thinks it will be a fairly cheap fix, but with our luck at this moment I won't believe that until I see it.

It's all beyond frustrating.

I'm exhausted.

Dealing with all this while not getting very much sleep at night, it's just TOO much.

Why does it have to be so hard?

Why does this whole buying a house business have to be so dang hard. I am so sick of stressing over it. Not only is building the house stressful in itself, but then getting the financing for it is a whole other story. We are going for a USDA loan and have hit bumps in the road the whole time. We really want to go this route because it makes our payment considerably cheaper, can we say no PMI (private mortgage insurance)! We have had issues with them not wanting to count Greg's bonus's as income (which hopefully are now resolved?), we have to wait 20 BUSINESS days (so basically 4 weeks) after we get the appraisal (which has not happened yet) to close because the USDA office is so behind, and now they want Greg to have one point higher on his credit score for their automatic underwriting system. Yes ONE point, seriously. I am beyond frustrated. So now we are trying to get incorrect information on Greg's credit report fixed, which takes time. Time that we can't afford to waste. We now have to have the company send a letter stating the changes and then PAY (yes you read correctly... PAY) to get the credit bureaus to update it. I am beyond frustrated. I swear it just get's more and more ridiculous as we go. At this point it looks like it may now be January before we get to move in, and we will have wasted thousands of dollars paying for the delay of closing. I'm just so worn out by this all. I just want to give up. Can things ever just go smoothly? Umm nope, not for Greg and I at least.

Never has.

Yep, that is all. Vent DONE.

My chatty little passenger...

Trying to roll?!

Greyson LOVES being on his tummy. He actually started to try to roll from his back to belly, Aubrey got a little impatient so she helped him the rest of the way!

Some old, some new!

After such a serious post, I decided to lighten it up! So I was just cleaning out my Iphone, and as I was looking through all the pic on my phone I realized I had forgotten about some of them. So here are a bunch for you all, some you haven't seen and some you may have... but I am sure you don't mind since I know you all love my obsessive picture taking!
"Hmm, do you think I'll fit?"

Taking pictures of herself!
