Not a lot, but a bit.
She is quite behind in the speech department due to her ear and cleft issues. I was worried that she was having a hard time even understanding us. She is a VERY busy baby, so getting her to sit still and listen is quite difficult. She know some signs so that has really helped her not get too frustrated about not being able to talk to us. Anyways lately she has really started to listen a lot better. Things just seemed to click a little better than they have before. She still isn't talking much more but she is at least reacting accordingly to what we say.
